Direct Booking Price (per night for first 2 persons): $995. Extra guests beyond 2 only $100 per night/per extra person. Children 5 or under are free.  Other costs involved (i.e. taxes, cleaning and transfer.) The island is best suited for 2-8persons. You can always book just two and add later, we just need to know final count before arrival so it helps us plan better. An excellent  cook/house keeper/guide is now available at $200 per day) upon request; a new option that has been very well received by our guests.

                                                               Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Since there are no outside fees when booking direct, your savings will be about 15%  lower than if going through a booking agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc. Most of our bookings are direct.
 
To confirm a reservation you can pay in full or make a 50% deposit when making your reservation and then send  2nd payment later 90 days before arrival. Payments should be send to bookings@birdislandbelize.com via Paypal. We have a 50% refund for cancellations made more than 120 days prior to arrival; none if less than 120 days. You can always add more guests right before actual arrival (up to 6).
 
Please note that we reserve the right to make any changes to our listing, since we are constantly improving the island. New pictures are constantly being posted showing all the improvements and additions as they happen.
